1. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. After this time, cancellations may not be accepted as the order will be processed.

• Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be possible.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
• The product delivered was incorrect or damaged.
• The order was canceled within the allowed time frame.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that perishable items such as dairy products cannot be refunded once delivered unless they arrive damaged or spoiled.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please provide the following details:

• Proof of purchase
• Photos of the damaged/incorrect item (if applicable)
